Study investigating the efficacy of a drug named ‘LY3314814’ in patients with mild Alzheimer’s disease dementia
Goal of this study
to treat Alzheimer’s disease.
Alzheimer’s disease is a brain disease that gradually destroys memory and thinking skills. This study will investigate the efficacy of a drug named LY3314814 in slowing down disease progression in patients with early Alzheimer’s disease (also known as mild dementia). LY3314814 will be given to the patient through the mouth once daily for 156 weeks.
Who can participate in this study?
Patients who have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer’s disease or mild Alzheimer’s disease (also known as mild dementia) and who are between the ages of 55 and 85 may be eligible to participate in this study. This study accepts both men and women and does not accept healthy volunteers.
Important: Additional eligibility criteria apply and the patient’s record will be verified by the study doctor (with the patient’s approval) to confirm eligibility.
